Payroll deduction in Bentonville runs automatically from October 15th to February 28th, and if you want out of ASTA-AAE for any reason just let us know, and we will make sure that payroll deductions stop renewing.  You need to be aware that other organizations require that you let them know in writing by June 30th in order for them to stop payroll deductions the following fall.

How much and when to deduct: (3 different types of district checks)

   1. One paycheck per month:  Deduct $30 for each paycheck from Oct. through Feb 28^th for a total of $150 each school years.

   2. Two paychecks per month:  Deduct $15 per paycheck for the first Paycheck in October through the last paycheck in February for a total of $150. 

   3. Paychecks every two weeks:  Deduct $15 per paycheck for the first Paycheck in October through the 10^th paycheck for a total of $150 in 10 payments from Paychecks.

Typically, this will be for anyone who turns in a payroll deduction form to the payroll department by September 30^th.  If a different deadline is needed for the Payroll department to be able to get it in the payroll computer for the October paychecks, then that is fine too, just let the perspective members know of the deadline needed.
